Tillingbourne Brewery, Shere, Surrey

A recent walk/ramble in the Surrey Hills took us past the new(ish) Tillingbourne Brewery. I first tried their beer at my good friend's wedding last November and the hop profile of the supremely light session ale really caught my attention: it was a real eye opener to be drinking a beer brewed locally to where I grew up that had taken on US brewing tropes. I understand they use alot of New World hops (Northern and Southern hemisphere)?
We each had a half of the Hop Troll - a citrusy thirst quencher at 4.7% (I think). We took some growlers (UK style - 2 pint milk jugs!) of some of their frankly revolutionary Source session ale - at 3.2% it has more body than most and is as easy to drink as water if not more so. Easily on a par with the Table Beer (but a different beast I think).
A little unsurprisingly, I understand that they're having trouble keeping up with demand! Would love to see these guys get their beer into London. I'm pretty sure it'll go down very well indeed. Bottles soon too. My brother's getting some for his wedding this weekend, which is nice.
